I’m gonna start this weekend with my white tea smoothie. This is one of my favourite must have friday’s drinks, when I am tired after all week and need to relax.Sometimes instead of just drinki a cup of tea I prefer to make fun and healthy smoothie on tea base. I love teas and I would say that white tea is my go to, since it has very mild and soft flavor. As a strawberries huge fan I could add this yummy fruit to pretty much anything. Here in California we just started strawberries season , so we enjoy those little red goddness even more. Of course Polish strawberries are the best but the one from fartem market can do as well 🙂 If there is no strawberry season at your place just simply use the frozen one, and you gonna have refreshing smoothie. To make this smoothie I am using special white tea that I highly recommended, but of course you can use any other kind you like.

White tea is so good for our healthy! It provide heaps of vitamin C which fights diseases, antioxidants to help us stay young and protect against osteoporosis, common problem among elderly ppl nowadays . So if you haven’t been white tea fan, try it now:)
Ingredients:
- 1,5 tsp tea Angel touch
- 1 orange
- 3/4 cup strawberries
- ice cubes ( if you using fresh strawberries)
- 2 tbs maple syrup
How-to:
Brew the tea in 300ml of hot water and leave it for 4-7 minutes. Let it cool. Pour into the high speed blender. Add peeled oralne, strawberries and maple syrup. Blend everything till smooth. Enjoy 🙂
