Sunny day outside and the heat wave doesn’t help with remote work from home. Even the blinders come with no help.
On days like this, healthy, refreshing drinks are real lifesavers.
So, today I’d like to present the simple and easy-going pair: grapefruit and mint!

Ingredients:


❤️3 grapefruits
❤️handful of fresh mint leaves

How-to:


Cut the fruits in halves and juice them.
Rinse the mint leaves and add to a glass. Squish them lightly with a spoon for more aroma.
Add the juice and a few ice cubes.
Voila!
