Despite numerous attempts to eating millet, I just could not convince myself to like it. It all changed one Saturday morning when, having nothing apart from summer fruits in my fridge, I decided to make something of this kind of groats. And that’s how I ended up with perfect breakfast which happens to land on my plate pretty often 🙂
Such a tiny thing, but the difference it makes is HUGE 😜
1/2 pack cooked millet
1/2 glass warm vanilla soy milk
200 grams strawberries
Favorite nuts (here: macadamia, almonds, cashew)
Mix groats with warm milk. Slice strawberries and decorate the millet. Sprinkle with nuts. A few dates and raspberry syrup are also welcome.
